SOLUTION DELIVERY TEAM

Our advisors, what others call "consultants," make up our Solution Delivery team. This team is responsible for delivering solutions that enable our clients to thrive during times of complex, fast-paced change. We are Change Navigators, Project Leaders, Process Experts, Agile Advocates and Continuous Improvement Champions. At our core, we are a humble and collaborative team who love solving problems and accomplishing ambitious goals.

INNOVATION TEAM

Our Innovation team is responsible for creating the necessary processes, tools and behaviors for FarWell to respond to rapidly shifting marketing trends and customer expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, developing new solution offerings, delivery frameworks and strategic partnerships. 

 

CLIENT SOLUTIONS TEAM

Our Client Solutions team, what others may call "Sales," is responsible for new client acquisition, proposal design and development, and account management. Members of our Client Solutions team lead our Right-fit™ Discovery Process and are responsible for cultivating lasting, meaningful relationships with our clients. 

 

MARKETING TEAM

FarWell's Marketing team is responsible for promoting our organization to our clients and communities. Their market research and analysis help drive strategies that permeate Innovation, Client Solutions and Solution Delivery. 

 

OPERATIONS TEAM

A smooth back-office is a key component in supporting CX. Finance & Accounting, Human Resources and I.T. working together to grow our people, processes and technology.
