SOLUTION DELIVERY TEAM
Our advisors make up our Solution Delivery team. This team delivers solutions our clients can use to thrive during times of complex, fast-paced change. We are change navigators, project leaders, process experts, Agile advocates and continuous improvement champions. At our core, we are a group of humble and collaborative individuals who love to solve problems and accomplish ambitious goals.
Our Innovation team creates the new processes, tools and behaviors to enable FarWell to respond to rapidly shifting market trends and customer expectations. The team develops new solution offerings, improved delivery frameworks and fresh strategic partnerships.
CLIENT SOLUTIONS TEAM
Others might call our Client Solutions team “sales.” The team is responsible for all aspects of new client acquisition, lead generation, proposal design and development, and overall account management. They also lead our Right-fit™ Discovery Process and work to cultivate lasting, meaningful client relationships.
FarWell's Marketing team promotes our organization to our prospects, clients and communities. Their market research and analysis help drive strategies to fuel the work of the Innovation, Client Solutions and Solution Delivery teams.
Smooth back-office functions are key components in supporting CX. Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and I.T. work together to help us grow our people, processes and technology.
