HOW WE WORK
Our 'How We Work' philosophy combines FarWell's values of humility, collaboration, and accountability to create custom, right-fitted solutions for our clients.
The first step is our no cost, no obligation Right-Fit Discovery Process. The process starts with a meeting between FarWell's Client Solutions team and client stakeholders. The purpose is to understand the size, complexity, maturity, and readiness of the project.
After the Right-Fit Discovery meeting, FarWell provides a high-level discussion summary and then introduces the solution delivery team we recommend to complete the work. We collaborate with the client to define the timeline, cost, and alternatives. The response comes as a custom proposal aligned with FarWell's Delivery Stage Framework, a solution delivery model that delivers high-quality projects with maximum efficiency.

Ultimately, we do not over engineer solutions. Our flexible, customized approach is co-created with our clients to deliver maximum project efficiency and quality. FarWell solutions are right-fitted to whatever the project necessitates.
