CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY
The Candidate Experience Manager is responsible for leading FarWell’s overall ‘Candidate Experience.’ This is achieved by managing cycles of growth and turnover by acquiring new talent which fits the needs of FarWell and the company culture. The Candidate Experience Manager manages the full scope of the recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting to interviewing and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring legally compliant practices are in place and followed. The Candidate Experience Manager works closely with leadership and hiring managers to proactively identify future hiring needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a recruiting strategy to attract and retain qualified and diverse candidates in support of FarWell’s culture and strategic goals.

Maintain relationships with prospective employees through candidate experience lifecycle.

Represent FarWell’s culture and Values, and evaluate candidates based on cultural and competencies-fit.

Establish recruiting requirements and objectives for each role by understanding the needs and strategic plan of the organization and communicating with the hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Develop a list of external recruiting resources for qualified lead generation, processes for effectively contacting passive candidates, and proactively creating and sharing the company for future positions.

Source active and passive candidates through FarWell’s current applicant tracking system.

In partnership with Marketing, create branded recruitment materials with both position specific and organizational information to attract applicants.

Determine top applicants through screening and interviewing qualified candidates and analyzing their responses to the interview questions.

Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and if necessary, arranging travel, lodging, meals.

Conduct post-interview evaluations of candidates with hiring managers to determine the most qualified fit for the position.

Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices.

Negotiate candidate compensation by leveraging FarWell’s ‘Total Pay’ compensation model and emphasizing benefits and perk options.

Understand current federal, state and local laws regarding recruitment, hiring and enforcing compliant practices with managers.

Develop, analyze and provide well documented recruiting reports and metrics to leadership for review.

Represent FarWell at industry events, meetups, user group meetings, and other events.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.

Proven work experience as a recruiting professional (in-house or staffing agency).
