Farwell Project Advisors, LLC is looking for an Advisor to join our team.
Breadth + Depth.
We are ideally looking for a "T-shaped” advisors.
Our team members have a broad interest and understanding of managing projects and business methods. We also have a deep interest in a specialized area. In addition to our client work, our team members have their own big ideas, love brainstorming sessions, and participate in service-innovation to drive our internal FarWell improvement.

Training and Instructional Design. Having deep knowledge of the processes, procedures, tools, and methodologies used to develop corporate training components and strategies. Competency using training authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, InDesign, and video and audio editing software. Experience delivering instructor-led training courses (both virtually and in-person).
It would also be great if you have a breadth of experiences across
Change Management. Having foundational understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative.
Project Management. Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project is ideal. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful.
Continuous Improvement. Having some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor. Experience or certifications would be even better.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience.
Work site locations may vary depending on project engagement.
Engagement Letters will delineate assigned work site location.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Work is generally performed in an office environment and routinely requires employees to perform the following while carrying out the essential functions of this job:
Use standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer/photocopier, etc.)
Sit for long periods of time
Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
