We founded FarWell in July 2013 with the goal of creating a different type of advisory firm – one grounded in Humility, Collaboration and Accountability. We believe that identifying our values, hiring to them, onboarding team members by them and ultimately living by these values is critical to creating the best possible Employee Experience (EX), which will result in our shared, long-term success.

Historically in the market at-large, creating a great culture – which is ultimately what EX is about – was less about an intentional set of actions and more about just “getting lucky.” We feel that through our intentional framework, FarWell can maintain a consistent experience even as the number of team members, and the markets we serve, continue to grow.
